Welcome to the Photography Mentoring Program. My name is Don MacDonell, The Photo Memoirs is my daily photo journal which I use to share my photography and offer photography tips, insights, inspiration, and motivation for aspiring photographers around the world. To bring things to a personal level, where I can help you personally 1-on-1 or in small groups I created the Photography Mentoring Program.
By means of this program, I will be in communication frequently with you about your photography, I will guide you, and as the name of the program suggests I will mentor you in your photography journey. I hope through this program, you will be able to learn not only the basics of photography but go on to develop your own personal photography style that you enjoy and can be proud of the work that you create.
Just as a note for you: Although I enjoy photography of various genres my personal taste and work suit my preference and style. Your photography does NOT need to be the same or even similar to join this program! I will encourage you to not be ME, but be YOURSELF and develop your own unique taste and style of photography.

We can also keep up to date on certain things on social media, but the majority will take place with email.
